RETURN & REFUND
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 1 day from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
- A product unboxing video is required to process any return or refund requests.
Please ensure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the condition of the product inside.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–7 business days] to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was received.
